Mr. V. N. Agarwal is a distinguished lawyer, company secretary, and cost accountant with nearly two decades of professional experience in legal, taxation, and corporate advisory practice. A member of the Bar Council of Delhi, he is known for his integrity, legal acumen, and deep command of both domestic and international tax law.

Over the past 19 years, he has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT, Securities Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Commission, DRATs, DRTs, and various civil and criminal courts, successfully arguing complex cases that have contributed to India’s evolving tax jurisprudence.

Mr. Agarwal has held senior advisory roles with TCI Limited, Hindustan Engineering & Industries Limited, Genus Overseas Limited, and Canadian Aviation Electronics Limited, providing strategic counsel across taxation, finance, and compliance matters.

As the Managing Partner of VNA & Partners LLP, he leads a multidisciplinary team offering comprehensive Legal, Taxation, Financial, Banking, Secretarial, and Business Consultancy services. Under his leadership, the firm upholds the highest professional standards while supporting both established enterprises and emerging ventures in navigating regulatory and growth challenges.
